Returns + Care
Our return address is 147 CR 2309 Mineola, TX 75773. Please include your original invoice! It is attached to your shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping and if you original order was free shipping, it will be deducted from your credit to cover the new shipping as we only cover free shipping once per order.
Once we get your return back, we will issue a store credit via email. Because of the limited quantities per style and size, we can not guarantee we will have any specific items available for exchange.
Most items are eligible for returns, however, the following items are FINAL SALE: All items ordered using a discount code + accessories.
Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. All clothing and must be returned unsoiled (no makeup residue), undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached.
While we don't mind changing a size, or an address before an order ships, please double check your order! If an order is already shipped and you need a change, we ask that your follow through the normal return process!
If your order is returned to us due to a bad address, you are responsible for the shipping cost to re ship it to a correct address. If you are alerted that your package has been returned to sender, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you a shipping invoice. If your return to sender mail sits at our warehouse for more than 30 days, it will then be donated to our local shelter.
Discount codes CANNOT be added once an order has been placed.
